Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

At Avero Circuits, our products are made to order. Each product is produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, customer preference, or customer ordering errors.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed directly through the Avero Circuits website and shipped within the United States.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Returns and Exchanges

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds solely because of:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse;

  • Accidental orders;

  • Ordering the wrong product, design, size, color, or quantity;

  • Customer preference after receiving the product;

  • Failure to review the product description or order details before purchasing;

  • Minor differences between colors displayed digitally and the physical printed product; or

  • Other errors resulting from selections or information provided by the customer.

Because our products are made to order, returned products generally cannot be restocked or resold.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, has a manufacturing error, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at averocircuits@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a claim under our standard claims policy, please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A clear description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs showing the entire product and the reported damage, defect, printing error, or incorrect item; and

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging where the issue may have resulted from shipping or handling.

If multiple products are affected by the same issue, we may request a photograph or video showing all affected products together in one frame.

We may also request additional photographs, video, packaging information, or other information reasonably necessary to verify and investigate the claim.

Please retain the affected product and, where applicable, its packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify under our standard claims policy.

This 30-day reporting period does not limit any longer period, warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

No Return Required for Approved Defect Claims

You generally do not need to return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product.

Please do not mail any product back to us unless Avero Circuits specifically instructs you to do so.

An address appearing on the original shipping package may belong to a fulfillment provider, print provider, or shipping partner and should not be treated as an authorized customer return address.

Products mailed to an address without our prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds and Replacements

After reviewing an eligible claim involving a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • A replacement at no additional cost; or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. We may review the information and evidence provided before determining whether the claim qualifies.

Approved refunds will be processed promptly and in accordance with applicable law.

Once a refund has been issued by us, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Where a full refund is required by applicable law, the refund will include any amounts required to be refunded by that law.

Color, Size, and Print Variations

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our artwork and products.

However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on factors including:

  • Screen or device settings;

  • Display calibration;

  • Lighting conditions;

  • Printing materials; and

  • The printing and manufacturing process.

Minor variations in color, dimensions, print positioning, or appearance that are normal characteristics of the applicable printing and manufacturing process are not considered defects.

A difference between how a color appears on a digital display and how it appears on the physical printed product does not, by itself, make the product defective.

This section does not apply where the variation is substantial enough to constitute a defect, incorrect product, misrepresentation, or other issue for which a remedy is required under applicable law.

Damage Occurring After Delivery

Our standard damage policy does not cover damage caused after successful delivery by circumstances including:

  • Improper handling;

  • Improper storage;

  • Improper installation or framing;

  • Modification of the product;

  • Exposure to moisture or unsuitable environmental conditions;

  • Misuse; or

  • Other damage occurring after the product was delivered.

Such damage is not considered a manufacturing or fulfillment defect unless the circumstances indicate otherwise.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, an order may enter production shortly after it is submitted.

If you need to request a cancellation or modification, contact us at averocircuits@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified after it has been submitted.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their product selection, design, size, quantity, shipping information, and other order details before completing a purchase.

The limitations in this section do not apply where cancellation or another remedy is required by applicable law, including where applicable requirements relating to shipping delays or inability to fulfill an order apply.

Shipping Delays and Unavailable Orders

We aim to fulfill and ship orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

If we are unable to ship your order within a promised timeframe, or within the timeframe otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, opportunity to consent to a delay, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

If we determine that we are unable to fulfill an order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits rights relating to delayed or unshipped merchandise under applicable law.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Avero Circuits is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, additional costs, or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

If an order must be reproduced or reshipped because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, additional production and shipping charges may apply.

A free replacement or full refund is not guaranteed where delivery failed because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful because of circumstances attributable to the customer, including an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive or collect a package where required, the order may not qualify for a free replacement or full refund.

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to arrange a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or other resolution. Additional production or shipping charges may apply.

This section does not apply where the delivery failure resulted from an error attributable to Avero Circuits, our fulfillment process, or where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

Lost Packages

If your order has not been delivered and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly at averocircuits@gmail.com with your order number.

For domestic United States shipments that have not been delivered within 30 calendar days after shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. To allow us sufficient time to investigate the shipment and submit any applicable fulfillment-provider claim, we recommend contacting us no later than 7 days after this 30-day period.

We may review tracking information, shipping records, the delivery address, carrier information, and other relevant circumstances when investigating a missing shipment.

If we determine that a shipment was lost through no fault of the customer, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

The reporting periods described above are part of our standard claims process and do not limit any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information indicates that an order was successfully delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first:

  • Verify the shipping address associated with your order;

  • Check the delivery location and surrounding area;

  • Check with other members of your household;

  • Check with building management, reception, or mailroom staff where applicable;

  • Check with neighbors where appropriate; and

  • Contact the shipping carrier where appropriate.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at averocircuits@gmail.com with your order number.

We may request additional information and investigate the available tracking and delivery information before determining whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

A carrier's tracking status showing successful delivery does not, by itself, automatically establish eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Unauthorized Returns

Avero Circuits does not operate a general customer return program for made-to-order products.

Do not mail products back to us or to an address appearing on the shipping package unless we specifically authorize the return and provide instructions.

Sending a product to us or to a fulfillment or shipping provider without prior authorization does not automatically create eligibility for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

This section does not limit any return right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Fraudulent, Misleading, or Abusive Claims

We reserve the right to investigate claims that reasonably appear to be fraudulent, misleading, altered, duplicative, abusive, or inconsistent with available order, fulfillment, shipping, tracking, photographic, video, or communication records.

We may request additional reasonable evidence necessary to verify a claim.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may deny a claim where the available evidence reasonably demonstrates that:

  • The claimed damage, defect, loss, or error did not occur as described;

  • Evidence submitted in support of the claim has been materially altered or falsified;

  • The claim duplicates a claim that has already been resolved;

  • The claimed damage occurred after delivery and was not caused by a manufacturing or fulfillment defect; or

  • The customer is intentionally attempting to misuse the refund or replacement process.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may refuse future orders or restrict service in cases involving repeated or intentional fraud or abuse.

Nothing in this section permits Avero Circuits to deny a legitimate claim or any remedy required by applicable law.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us at averocircuits@gmail.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we may provide relevant information to the applicable payment processor, bank, financial institution, card issuer, payment network, or other party responsible for reviewing the dispute.

Such information may include, where relevant:

  • Order records;

  • Payment records;

  • Shipping and tracking information;

  • Proof of fulfillment or delivery;

  • Communications relating to the order;

  • Photographs or other evidence submitted as part of a claim; and

  • Records concerning refunds or replacements already provided.

Nothing in this section restricts or discourages a customer's lawful right to dispute a transaction or exercise rights available through their payment provider.

Policy Abuse and Refusal of Future Orders

Refunds and replacements are intended to resolve legitimate problems with orders.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Avero Circuits reserves the right to refuse or cancel future orders, restrict access to our services, or take other reasonable measures when we reasonably identify repeated fraudulent activity, intentional abuse of our policies, or attempts to obtain products, replacements, or refunds through deception.

If Avero Circuits cancels an order before fulfillment under this section after payment has been collected, the customer will receive any refund required by applicable law.

Relationship With Fulfillment Providers

Avero Circuits may use third-party print, fulfillment, and shipping providers to manufacture and deliver products.

These providers may assist us in investigating damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or otherwise affected orders.

Customers purchase products from Avero Circuits through our website. The use of a third-party fulfillment provider does not alter the customer's rights against Avero Circuits under this policy or applicable law.

We may share information reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve an order issue with the relevant fulfillment, print, shipping, payment, or service provider in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version made available to the customer at the time the order was placed, except where a change is required by applicable law.

Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights that already apply to a completed purchase where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, disclaims, or waives any consumer right, warranty, protection, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, disclaimed, or waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Where applicable law provides a right or remedy that conflicts with a provision of this policy, applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.
